Itinerary :

DAY 01 HOMETOWN ✈ BAKU ARRIVAL (NO MEALS)

• "Arrival in Baku
• Greeting guests at the airport, transfer and accommodation at the hotel
• Leisure time and overnight at the hotel"

DAY 02 BAKU (B/X/X)

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Excursion to the Highland Park and Old City / Shirvanshah Palace and Maiden Tower
• Excursion to Heydar Aliyev Center"
• "09:00 Breakfast at the hotel
• 10:00 Departure for a Baku city tour. The tour starts with a visit to the Highland Park. Highland Park is located on a hill in the western part of the city. This is the best place to see the city and Baku bay."
• Next, the guests will visit the Old City - with its fortified walls, historic buildings and narrow cobbled streets. Guests will appreciate the main attractions of the Old Town, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the famous Maiden Tower. Guests will also visit the studio of the famous artist Ali Shamsi, located in the Old Town. Just imagine that the stones under your feet keep the history of this ancient city - its honor and glory, misfortunes and sorrows. During the walk, you will definitely feel that the air here smells like magic - the sea air, smelling of salt and oil, is mixed with the aromas of oriental spices and kebabs, flowing from numerous restaurants. Baku is like a young girl, is full of energy, beautiful, bright and full of life. It is ready to change, but, nevertheless, follows the precepts of the ancestors. Behind the walls the city life rages, and in the Old City everything is quiet and decorous, as it has been for centuries. Baku citizens do not like to live in a hurry.
• Later the guests will proceed with Baku Boulevard and Baku Bay. This favorite vacation spot of Baku residents and guests of the capital which celebrated its 110th anniversary this year.
• Our todaytour will end with a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center. The Heydar Aliyev Center is a cultural center, which includes an auditorium (congress center), a museum, exhibition halls and administrative offices. The project of the center was designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid.
• 18:30 Return to the hotel and free time. Overnight at the hotel in Baku

DAY 03 BAKU - LANKARAN (DRIVE 3 HR / 255 KM) (B/X/X)

• Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out from the hotel and departure to Lankaran
• A trip to Lankaran city in the south of Azerbaijan. Lankaran city is located 255 km from Baku on the shore of the Caspian Sea and is surrounded by the Talysh mountains. On the way to the city we will stop at Yardimli village, which is famous for its mountain landscapes and waterfalls. (Visiting waterfalls requires good physical preparation, and is not suitable for the elderly).

• Overnight in Lankaran"

DAY 04 LANKARAN (B/X/X)

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Today’s tour starts with a visit to the historical sites of these places - Kichik Gala, Khan Evi (Palace of Khan), Balabur fortress, as well as the monument of a national hero of the Soviet Union, the legendary commander of the tank division Azi Aslanov.
• Further, we will continue our trip to the Hirkan nature reserve. On the way, we will drive past the relict forests. Lankaran region has a unique flora and fauna. There is a tree called the iron tree and it only could be found in this zone. Lankaran is located in the subtropical climate zone and famous for its citruses and various sorts of tea. Therefore, the tea ceremony with lemon is the most important part of our acquaintance with Lankaran.
• Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Lankaran

DAY 05 LANKARAN - LERIK - BAKU (B/X/X)

• Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
• A trip to Lerik which is located further from the sea, among the forests and is one of the highland
• regions of Azerbaijan. Lerik is famous for its long-livers. Our guests will have the opportunity to visit the unique museum of long- livers.
• Departure from Lerik to Baku. On the way to Baku visiting of Shirvan nature reserve, famous for its herds of gazelles (a kind of roe deer). Shirvan national park is also famous for its wild boars, nutrias, hares, turtles and other wild animals.
• Arrival in Baku, check-in at the hotel and overnight.

DAY 06 BAKU HOTEL - DEPARTURE TRF TO THE AIRPORT ✈ HOMETOWN (B/X/X)

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Check-out from the hotel and visit to «Yashil Bazaar»
• Transfer to the airport"
• After the check-out from the hotel, the group will have a convenient transfer to the Heydar Aliyev international airport. Depending on the time of departure, there is a chance to visit colorful Eastern Bazaar called «Yashil Bazar». The guests may buy some dried fruits, traditional Azerbaijani tea, nuts and sweets there.
• Transfer to the Baku International Airport for departure back to your hometown.
• END OF SERVICES.

1. Pendaftaran dengan melampirkan deposit 50% dari harga paket.
2. Membayar Tiket Pesawat Full Payment
3. Pelunasan biaya tour paling lambat 30 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan
4. Pendaftaran yang dilakukan kurang dari 30 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan harus melakukan fullpayment.
5. Dalam hal aplikasi visa (jika ada), Peserta bersedia memenuhi kelengkapan persyaratan dokumen sesuai jadwal dan ketentuan dari pihak Kedutaan, dan biaya visa tetap harus dilunasi walaupun visa tidak disetujui oleh pihak Kedutaan.
6. Dengan membayar uang muka pendaftaran Biaya Tour, Anda dianggap telah memahami dan menerima syarat & kondisi di atas.

AIRLINES FORCE MAJEURE:

Force majure seperti pembatalan / keterlambatan / perubahan peraturan bagasi / hambatan lain penerbangan yang disebabkan oleh pihak maskapai ataupun hal lain, hambatan transportasi lokal, kerusuhan & lain sebagainya, maka pihak travel agent tidak dapat dituntut & segala kerugian yang disebabkan hal tersebut jika ada maka menjadi tanggungan peserta tour. Travel agent akan semampunya membantu komunikasi ke pihak terkait.

VISA:

1. Proses persetujuan visa adalah sepenuhnya wewenang kedutaan dan tidak dapat di Intervensi oleh pihak manapun.
2. Hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan proses tidak disetujuinya pengajuan visa akan menyesuaikan dengan prosedur yang berlaku dari pihak-pihak terkait. Apabila visa ditolak maka tidak ada pengembalian atas biaya visa, asuransi, DP tour, dan biaya lain yang sudah terbayarkan ke airlines/hotel/partner.
3. Peserta wajib melengkapi syarat visa tambahan yang diminta oleh kedutaan jika ada kekurangan, apabila peserta menolak melengkapi persyaratan yang diminta karena alasan pribadi maka resiko akan dikembalikan ke peserta.
4. Apabila pembuatan visa tidak dilakukan oleh Cheria Holiday, maka Cheria Holiday tidak dapat memberikan dokumen pendukung terkait dengan pengajuan proses visa tersebut.

3. Pas Photo sebanyak 2 lembar, berwarna, latar belakang putih, terbaru (blm pernah dipakai di visa manapun). Schengen: ukuran 3,5 x 4,5
4. Data Diri Perserta Tour.

IMIGRASI:

Imigrasi negara yang dikunjungi memiliki hak untuk menerima dan menolak tamu untuk berkunjung. Apabila ditolak, pihak travel agent tidak bertanggung jawab akan hal ini.

LOCAL FORCE MAJEURE:

Dalam keadaan Force Majeure/terpaksa/tidak teratasi karena bencana alam, kerusuhan, suasana mencekam dan lain-lain, rencana perjalanan dapat dirubah baik susunan maupun jadwalnya tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu, hal ini demi kepentingan dan keamanan seluruh rombongan tour. Dalam hal ini travel agent tidak bertanggung jawab dalam pengembalian biaya atau uang atas service yang sudah dibayarkan yang tidak digunakan, termasuk dan tidak terbatas pada biaya tambahan.
