DAY 01 ARRIVE CHRISTCHURCH (D)

• “Haere Mai” Welcome to Christchurch, the ‘Garden City’. 
• On arrival Christchurch, you will be met and greet by South Island’s coach captain. 
• Christchurch City Sightseeing Tour Enjoy the scenic highlight of Christchurch City. Discover the fascinating history of Christchurch traversing the leafy green banks of the Avon River, beautiful Hagley Park, and Botanic Gardens. View historic cathedrals, innovative street art and other modern surprises in this re-emerging city.

NOTE: Duration of City Sightseeing Tour depends on time permitted and traffic conditions. Canterbury Museum is currently closed for maintenance until further notice.

DAY 02 CHRISTCHURCH – LAKE TEKAPO – QUEENSTOWN (B/L/D)

• Cooked breakfast at hotel (Based on Standard Meals No Pork)
• Departing Christchurch, a lush patchwork of flat, green farmlands surrounds you as you traverse some of the most impressive, braided rivers in the world.
• Enroute make a brief stop at Farmer’s Corner to enjoy a wholesale shopping experience selling all kind New Zealand made products.
• Continue into the Mackenzie country to arrive at Lake Tekapo.
• See the turquoise colour of Lake Tekapo, visit the famous Church of the Good Shepherd and the Bronze Sheepdog Statue.
• Kohan Bento at local Japanese Restaurant (Based on Standard Meals No Pork)
• Hug the shores of beautiful Lake Pukaki and traverse the brilliant blue Ohau canal. The fascinating towering pinnacles of the Clay Cliffs are situated just before Omarama where you will take the southern route through the beautiful and dramatic Lindis Pass. The journey then whisks you alongside lakes and rivers through Cromwell, a historic mining town known for its stone fruit, to the sophisticated resort town of Queenstown. With its majestic mountains that plunge into crystal clear Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown is a hub of adventure, buzzing with adrenaline and a smorgasbord of outdoor activities.

Visit Historic Arrowtown

• Located only 20 minutes’ drive from Queenstown, the spectacular scenery, distinct four seasons and charming character make Arrowtown a must do for visitors. Once a rich source of gold, the legacy of this delightful mining town has maintained its rich heritage and preserved historic buildings.

DAY 03 QUEENSTOWN AT LEISURE (B) – NO COACH USAGE, NO SERVICE, NO GUIDE

• Free time to explore Queenstown. Shopping at Queenstown Street Mall, or simply relax by the beautiful Lake Wakatipu waterfront. Or you can choose some optional tour :

Depart from Queenstown on a luxury glass-roofed coach to spectacular Milford Sound where granite cliffs tower into the sky and plunge into the depths of clear water. DAY 04 QUEENSTOWN – WANAKA – TWIZEL (B/L/D)

• Visit Cromwell - Mrs Jones Fruits Stall Jones Family Fruit Stall is one of the best-known fruit stalls in Central Otago, with people coming from all over New Zealand and the world to visit. The fruit stall stocks a huge array of fresh fruits, dried fruits, nuts, honey products and vegetables.
• Driving from Queenstown to Wanaka is an activity all on its own. This short journey can easily be turned into one epic road trip if you stop along the way and take in the spectacular views.
• The lakeside town of Wanaka can provide you with an appealing mix of fine living, family fun and adventure. It has a high concentration of cafes, restaurants, and interesting shops.

The easy drive to Twizel takes you through picturesque sheep farming country fringed with mountain ranges. The road to Mt Cook Region hugs the edge of Lake Pukaki. The exquisite opaque turquoise colour of this lake and others in the area is caused by fine, glacier-ground rock particles held in suspension. The landscape is a mixture of high-country tussock, farmland, and snow-capped mountains.

DAY 05 TWIZEL – CHRISTCHURCH (B/L/D)

• The route to Christchurch is about as straight and flat as roads get in New Zealand. On a clear day, the Southern Alps provide outstanding scenery. The town of Rakaia sits on the southern side of the Rakaia River, and it's ‘the salmon capital of New Zealand’. The Rakaia bridge spans 1.8 kilometres of one of the world's best examples of a ‘braided’ river system.

SYARAT DAN KONDISI TOUR

PENDAFTARAN & PELUNASAN

1. Pendaftaran dengan melampirkan deposit 50% / pax biaya Land Tour + Visa. (Deposit adalah non-refundable / tidak bisa dikembalikan kepada peserta).
2. Harga yang tertera masih bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu sebelum ada proses pembayaran, baik dengan atau tanpa peemberitahuan sebelumnya
3. Kurs mata uang mengikuti sesuai pada saat pembayaran
4. Pelunasan biaya tour paling lambat 30 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan
5. Pendaftaran yang dilakukan kurang dari 30 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan harus melakukan full payment
6. Pengunduran diri / pindah tanggal / pindah acara tour sebelum tanggal keberangkatan akan dikenakan biaya pembatalan, sbb :
7. 30 - 20 hari kalender sebelum tanggal keberangkatan: Deposit
8. 20 hari kalender sebelum tanggal keberangkatan: 100% dari biaya tour
9. Dengan membayar uang muka pendaftaran Biaya Tour, Anda dianggap telah memahami dan menerima syarat & kondisi di atas.
10. Jika tanggal perjalanan bertepatan dengan hari libur nasional atau acara khusus di New Zealand, akan dikenakan biaya tambahan. Biaya tambahan akan diberitahu setelah dapat konfirmasi.
11. Biaya tambahan akan dikenakan jika akomodasi hotel yang diusulkan sebelumnya tidak tersedia dan Anda perlu upgrade atau mengubah kategori kamar atau akomodasi hotel Anda.

AIRLINES FORCE MAJEURE:

Force majure seperti pembatalan / keterlambatan / perubahan peraturan bagasi / hambatan lain penerbangan yang disebabkan oleh pihak maskapai ataupun hal lain, hambatan transportasi lokal, kerusuhan & lain sebagainya, maka pihak travel agent tidak dapat dituntut & segala kerugian yg disebabkan hal tersebut jika ada maka menjadi tanggungan peserta tour. Travel agent akan semampunya membantu komunikasi ke pihak terkait.

IMIGRASI :

Imigrasi negara yang dikunjungi memiliki hak untuk menerima dan menolak tamu untuk berkunjung. Apabila ditolak, pihak travel agent tidak bertanggung jawab akan hal ini.

LOCAL FORCE MAJEURE :

Dalam keadaan Force Majeure/terpaksa/tidak teratasi karena bencana alam, kerusuhan, suasana mencekam dan lain- lain, rencana perjalanan dapat dirubah baik susunan maupun jadwalnya tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu, hal ini demi kepentingan dan keamanan seluruh rombongan tour. Dalam hal ini travel agent tidak bertanggung jawab dalam pengembalian biaya atau uang atas service yang sudah dibayarkan yang tidak digunakan, termasuk dan tidak terbatas pada biaya tambahan.

KETENTUAN HOTEL

Tidak semua hotel di New Zealand memiliki AC karena iklimnya yang cukup sejuk. Jika Anda menginginkan hotel dengan fasilitas AC, Anda bisa memberi tahu Tour Consultant Cheria agar dapat disesuaikan (based on request). Merokok tidak diperbolehkan di semua hotel di New Zealand. Hotel akan mengenakan denda jika ada tamu yang kedapatan merokok di dalam kamar atau bangunan dalam ruangan.

KETENTUAN BUS DAN DRIVER

Driver di New Zealand memiliki waktu kerja maksimal dalam satu hari ada 10 jam, jam kerja tidak boleh melebihi batas kerja 12 jam. Karena, setelah setiap 10 jam bekerja, driver harus beristirahat selama 10 jam sebelum dapat kembali mengemudi keesokan harinya. Driver juga harus memiliki waktu istirahat 30 menit setiap ada perjalanan selama 5 jam dalam satu hari. Jam kerja driver dimulai 1 jam sebelum waktu penjemputan yang dijadwalkan sesuai dengan yang disarankan. Pengantaran makan malam harus sesuai dengan jangka waktu tersebut.

BIAYA PEMBATALAN PER-PESERTA

• 30 – 20 hari = Deposit
• 20 Hari sebelum keberangkatan = 100%dari harga tour

Biaya pembatalan ini juga berlaku bagi peserta yang oleh karena sesuatu dan lain hal mengganti tanggal keberangkatan atau pindah ke jenis tour yang lain.
